Paper still works.

Slate & Ink is built on one observation: things you write down get decided. A screen is faster, but paper is where thinking actually happens.

So we make diaries, notebooks, notepads and gift sets for people who still reach for a pen — professionals, students, founders, teams, and anyone who likes a desk that looks like someone works at it. Everything is section sewn so it opens flat, printed on uncoated FSC paper that takes ink without arguing, and made in one colour at a time so the object is the loudest thing in the room.

The brand itself stays black, white and grey on purpose. Collections change; the identity does not. This year the paper is loud. Next year it might be quiet. Either way the logo is not going to compete with it.

The practical part.

Dispatched within 24 hours on working days. India: 2–5 days, free over ₹1,499 and a flat ₹99 below that. International: 7–12 days, calculated at checkout. Everything ships in recycled board, no plastic.
Thirty days, unused, in the original box, and we will not interrogate you about it. We pay return shipping on anything that arrives damaged or wrong. Personalised and corporate orders are not returnable.

Does it take a fountain pen? Yes. 100 gsm uncoated, minimal feathering. A very wet nib will show through slightly.

Are the 2027 diaries dated? The 2027 range is dated. The Everyday range is undated and starts whenever you do.

Can I get one colour for a whole team? Yes, from 25 pieces. Corporate gifting.

Do you restock sold-out colours? Usually. Collections are seasonal, so some colours retire.

Prices are in INR and include GST. Products are described as accurately as we can manage; screens differ, so colours may vary very slightly from what you see here. Corporate orders are confirmed against a written quote and a digital proof you approve before production.
